Adoption Application for Dogs
This application will be used to assess potential matches to dogs. Once you are approved, the application does not need to be filled out again, as the Border Tails Rescue team will refer back to it if needed.
By filling out this application you understand that Border Tails Rescue has the right to deny adoption for any reason they see fit. Indicating that you are interested in a specific pet does not guarantee adoption of that pet. Border Tails Rescue works to ensure that each pet is the perfect match for their adoptive family.
