🍂🌿 Fall Fest at River Trail Nature Center! 🐾

Join us across the street at River Trail Nature Center for a beautiful autumn celebration! Enjoy free access to the center’s indoor & outdoor exhibits, explore scenic sugar-maple woods and wetlands, and wander along the self-guided nature trails—all highlighting the plants, wildlife, and natural landscapes formed by the Des Plaines River. 

While the Nature Center grounds do not allow dogs from the public, we’ll be there with some of our adoptable pups! Come over to meet them, learn about Border Tails Rescue, our shelter, and programs like volunteering and fostering. Plus, find out about our Dog Day Out program and other ways you can support homeless dogs.

It’s the perfect fall outing for nature lovers, families, and anyone who wants to make a difference. Come for the autumn air, stay for the heart!
